Pascal Proyart has been the chef at One-O-One for over 10 years. Regularly acclaimed as one of the UK's finest chefs, Pascal's childhood on the Brittany coast has led to a lifelong passion for fish and seafood. Today, it continues to inspire the creation of his exceptional menus, most recently with the innnovation of the "petits plats". As Pascal's renown continues to grow, One-O-One accumulates awards and accolades, building its reputation as best fish restaurant in London.
